I haven´t received an order confirmation, what do I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation shortly after completing your order, please follow these steps:
Check that the email address you put down for your order is spelled correctly.

• See if the order confirmation has ended up in your email’s spam folder.
• Log in to My Pages. Below the tab “Orders” you can see all your orders.
• If you still can’t find your order confirmation, this may mean that something went wrong when you placed your order. No worries, though! Contact our customer service and we will help you.
